Rajat is a technology leader with extensive experience across fintech, compliance, and enterprise software, including frontend engineering and full-stack architecture. His deep expertise in UI/UX spans design systems, product development, and engineering leadership - helping organisations build intuitive, scalable digital experiences with confidence. In his spare time, Rajat enjoys exploring new technologies, building side projects, and spending time with his family.
Ashley Heath
Head of Compliance
Ashley is a compliance professional with over a decade of experience across financial services, including financial crime compliance and fixed income markets. His deep expertise in AML/CTF compliance spans program development, independent evaluation, and advisory - helping organisations navigate complex regulatory obligations with confidence. In his spare time, Ashley operates RUCK Compliance - an AML consulting business, is a volunteer fire fighter, and enjoys weekends with his family.
